By accessing or using YT Loader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

YT Loader provides tools and features related to YouTube URL processing, transcript-related workflows, metadata extraction, media download workflows, AI-generated outputs, and related utilities.

We do not own such third-party content unless explicitly stated.
Your use of third-party content remains subject to the terms, permissions, and policies of the relevant platform and rights holders.

6. Intellectual Property

YT Loader, its branding, software, design, interface, text, graphics, code, and service-related content are the property of Authentic Software or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the service except as expressly allowed.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

YT Loader may provide AI-assisted summaries, key points, quotes, Q&A responses, or other generated outputs.
These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated result before relying on it.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific response times, permanent feature availability, or error-free operation.
Some features may depend on third-party services, upstream providers, network conditions, or external platform behavior.

9. Accounts, Limits, and Suspension

We may impose guest limits, user limits, feature restrictions, quotas, and usage policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authentic Software and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of YT Loader.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service during the preceding 30 days, or zero if no payment was made.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Authentic Software from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content or requests, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including misuse, abuse, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of YT Loader after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
