This Refund Policy applies to YT Loader, a product of Authentic Software.
By purchasing any paid feature, subscription, credits, or service from YT Loader, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Rule
Because YT Loader may provide access to digital tools, processing systems, usage-based resources, AI actions, media-related actions, and other instantly accessible digital services, all purchases are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- change of mind after purchase;
- unused credits, quotas, or subscription time;
- partial use of a plan or feature;
- inability to use the service due to user-side device, browser, network, or configuration issues;
- dissatisfaction caused by third-party content restrictions, source platform changes, unavailable transcripts, unavailable captions, or upstream provider limitations;
- misuse of the service or violations of our Terms of Use;
- requests made after substantial or repeated usage has already occurred.
3. Possible Refund Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in limited cases such as:
- duplicate billing caused by a technical error;
- a payment processed multiple times for the same order unintentionally;
- a major service failure clearly caused by our platform where the purchased feature was not delivered at all and no reasonable workaround was provided;
- other exceptional cases that Authentic Software determines qualify for review.
4. Subscription and Credits
If YT Loader offers subscriptions, prepaid credits, or feature bundles, those are generally non-refundable once activated, consumed, or made available for immediate use.
If a plan is canceled, access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
5. Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we detect abuse, fraud, manipulation, chargeback threats, policy misuse, excessive prior usage, or other suspicious behavior.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for support or resolution, we may suspend or terminate your access to YT Loader and any related services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Requesting a Refund Review
If you believe your case qualifies for review, you must contact us within 7 days of the relevant payment date, unless a different period is required by applicable law.
Please include:
- your account email address;
- date of payment;
- payment reference or transaction ID;
- description of the issue;
- supporting screenshots or details if available.
8. Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
If a refund is approved, it may take several business days for the funds to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of YT Loader after changes become effective means you accept the revised policy.
